🎉 A Night to Remember: Highlights from Our Launching Into The New Year Fundraising Event Celebration! 🎉**
Dear Friends and Cherished Supporters,
I hope this message finds you bursting with inspiration and joy! I am absolutely thrilled to share the unforgettable highlights of our recent "Launching into the New Year" Fundraising Event, held on January 11, 2025 at the fabulous Gennaro's Catering Hall. What an amazing evening it was—a true celebration of our vibrant community spirit, overflowing with unity, excitement, and joy that will be etched in our hearts for years to come!
To everyone who joined us, you transformed our gathering into an extraordinary experience! And to those who couldn’t be with us, know that your energy was felt at every moment, and we can’t wait for our next joyous reunion!
As guests walked through the door, they were greeted by a dazzling array of red, white, blue, and purple balloons, setting the stage for an electric atmosphere filled with laughter and connection. The sumptuous Italian feast paired with a curated open bar was not only a treat for the senses but also a fantastic way for friends—both old and new—to spark vibrant conversations and lasting connections!
The entertainment truly rocked the night! DJ Jason Berg unleashed his electrifying mixes, turning the dance floor into a lively celebration, while the talented musicians, Lisa Luciano and Jordan Fishman, mesmerized us with their incredible guitar performances that resonated deep in our hearts. The energy reached an exhilarating high during our thrilling 50/50 raffle, where lucky winners took home amazing prizes that captured the essence of our community spirit!
We proudly recognized our benefitting charities: the Bay Ridge Center, the Greek School of Plato, and the Narrows Community Theater. Each of these organizations embodies the spirit of our community, fostering creativity and inclusiveness. Their unwavering commitment to unifying us deserves a standing ovation.
But the night didn’t stop there! We celebrated remarkable individuals with our United Bipartisan Coalition of New York, Inc. Honorary and Exemplary Community Service Awards: Principal Paul Morisi for his unwavering commitment for creating a safe and nurturing environment for students and families. Lieutenant Daniel Gallagher for his two decades of dedicated service with the N.Y.P.D. and mentorship through youth sports programs, and John Bennett for fervently promoting cultural pride through the Bay Ridge St. Patrick's Day Parade.
We were so fortunate to have Assemblyman Alec Brook-Krasny bring heartfelt warmth and charisma as he accepted his award, reinforcing his dedication to our vibrant community. Senator Andrew Gounardes did not come to accept his award.
I closed the evening with a deeply moving letter from Lifestyles of the Disabled. Our support assures and affirms that we can continue to “ Create a World of Opportunities” and that reminds us all of the incredible impact we can make together. As we raised our glasses and toasted to friendship, resilience, and the promise of a bright future, my heart swelled with gratitude for every one of you who contributed to making this event a resounding success! For those of you who were unable to attend, your absence was certainly felt, and we can't wait to celebrate alongside you next time!

Toys for Tots Donation Drives- December 2024
Join us in spreading holiday cheer this season! The United Bipartisan Coalition of New York, Inc. is proud to partner with Bay Ridge’s own The Harp,Mussels and More, Kitty Kierans, Status Q to support Toys for Tots, an initiative dedicated to bringing joy to economically disadvantaged children during the holidays.
Founded by the Marine Corps in 1947, the Marine Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys and distributes them to children who might otherwise go without. The mission is simple yet powerful: through the gift of a new toy, we can help spread the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.
Our VP, Tom Stanten, recently visited these fantastic local bars to drop off Toy Collection boxes, making it easier than ever for you to contribute to this incredible cause.
We invite you to stop by, enjoy some great food and drinks, and bring in an unwrapped toy for children in need this Christmas. Your generosity can help bring smiles and hope to those who need it most during the holiday season.

Welcome to the Halloween Dinner and Dance Party Fundraiser, presented by the United Bipartisan Coalition of New York ! I am absolutely thrilled to see each and every one of you here tonight, gathered not just in spooky attire but in shared purpose and vision. As we embrace the enchanting spirit of Halloween, let’s take a moment to celebrate the wonderful diversity that unites our incredible community. This evening serves as a powerful affirmation of our mission: to cultivate a New York that is stronger and more cohesive by bridging the divides of political differences. In a time when divisions often seem insurmountable, we stand together, upholding the values of unity and cooperation. As we indulge in delightful cuisine and dance the night away, let’s keep in mind the heart behind our gathering.
The funds raised during this event are vital, directly benefiting two remarkable organizations that are making a difference in our community: the Brooklyn Children’s Theater, which inspires creativity and confidence in our youth, and Lifestyles of the Disabled, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. These organizations reflect our dedication to uplift the most vulnerable in our society, and tonight, we pay tribute to our dear friend Joe Joyce, whose unwavering belief in community service inspires us still. We are here to remind ourselves that when we join forces, we can foster a New York that not only thrives but stands as a beacon of resilience and inclusion. Together, we will confront discrimination and hatred with the collective strength of our diverse voices. Tonight, I want to highlight the fun and festivities we have in store!
